I called to find out if they had a spare part for my lawnmower and I was told that it had to be ordered with an estimated delivery time of a maximum of one week but that to order I had to go to the shop there, I travel 20 km to go there I find the same salesman I spoke to but one of his colleagues and she tells me something completely different that yes the piece had to be ordered but that perhaps in a month from now they would have placed the order if they reached a suitable number of items to make the order. 'order. But then maybe saying it without making me travel 20 km was better. A disappointment and lack of professionalism, in my experience I do not recommend it

My experience with Agricola Sordi was negative. Last August 8th I booked, with a regular deposit, a supply of 70 bags (1 pallet) of pellets which should have been delivered to me by the beginning of September. After mid-September and after several phone calls on my part to find out when I would receive the pallet and after I was told several times that the pellets would arrive at them within a few days, yesterday they told me that the order was canceled and that a next supply would have undergone a cost increase of approximately 50% (e.g. from 9.50 to 14 euros/per bag). Although the current problem of pellet availability is well known, I consider the way in which they handled my booking to be incorrect and the fact that they found me without having any availability of pellets for winter heating or having to pay for it to a price, unsustainable for me.
